About Us
Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
From Humble Beginnings to Historic Hub
Greenville Public Library began as the Carnegie Public Library, opening its doors for the first time in March of 1903. Nearly 120 years later, we're still standing in the same location, providing many of the same services from over a century ago. Though much remains the same, our library has changed and grown into a vital part of the Greenville community and surrounding Darke County area.
